Still in the dog house!

I've been painting for the last two hours and have two more paintings to show for it. I went to visit my friend Erika and was inspired to keep painting dog paintings. I hope you like them.

This little dog just wanted to be turned into art.

What dog would you like to see me try to paint next?

Gone to the Dogs!

Hello! So tonight I worked on paintings that will be displayed at the Pooch Parade,
( check out the link) http://www.towerdistrict.org/events.htm . My friend Erika, is really just letting me display some of my work at her booth. She is going to have a plethora of doggy crafts she has poured her heart and soul into. You can check them out here, http://sewdoggystyle.blogspot.com/. She's amazing, and really has a passion for creating things for her dogs and yours.

Here is the sketch I drew, so that I could have an idea of what I wanted to paint.

Here is the painting  that I finished tonight and that I will be bringing to the Pooch Parade.
What do you think?

Mermaid Scales

This painting is titled Mermaid Scales and I painted it last December, it was inspired by my Mermaid friend Erika. I have it up for sale on Etsy and another fellow Etsy enthusiast liked it so much they featured it, this means they put it into a collection. I am very proud that someone liked my work that much, that's all any artist can ask for.

Here is the link that nrjewel7 featured my work in.

Art Hop

Hello Folks! Sorry I took such a long time posting something new. I could not find my password, and finally figured it out. On October 7th, my friend Jennifer and displayed some of our art for Art Hop.

Art Hop is pretty neat, google it. It's where local artists can show their art in the community. Some artists sell their art and make quite a profit. I didn't sell anything but it was a good experience. Below is a picture of Jennifer and myself.
And here is a picture of the brownies that I baked for the event.
Although I didn't sell anything at Art Hop I will keep creating art, because I love it.
